Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free tier is free forever — no card needed. You only need to add a card when you upgrade to Premium.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your card is charged $29/month. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and won't be charged.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel any time from your Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Why does Premium cost $29/month?
It covers API costs (contact enrichment, AI email generation) and ongoing data scraping across 30,000+ Australian firms. One casual shift at $30/hr pays for a month. One interview offer pays for a year.
Is there a student discount?

What's the difference between verified and inferred emails?
Verified emails are confirmed by Hunter.io's mail-exchange check. Inferred emails are generated from common patterns (firstname.lastname@company.com) — usually accurate for small firms, but not guaranteed.
